Ordering
I will be placing an order directly with my supplier every Wednesday morning at 9 AM, excluding any planned time off. Please ensure you complete your own order through my website before Wednesday. Orders placed on the website after 9 AM on a Wednesday will be processed the following Wednesday.
Invoicing
After you place an order on my website and pay via card, you will receive a confirmation email (similar to how you receive notifications for walking or drop-in visits). If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled.
Delivery
FREE DELIVERY! Once I submit the order to my supplier, it typically takes 1-2 working days to arrive. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within the same week. I will make every effort to deliver your order during your next scheduled walk or drop-in visit, if possible.
